Barefoot & Bower works in partnership with Kerry Wheeler, the founder of Hehku Wild Wellbeing, to run various wild-wellness based events around our lakes.

Kerry’s main offering is her wood-fired sauna tent, the perfect addition to the wild swimming lakes of Barefoot and Bower. Visitors can experience the restorative power of contrast therapy in nature, alternating between the cool waters of the lakes and the deep heat of the wood-fired sauna. Various sauna and swim sessions run throughout the year or alternatively, you can book the sauna for private hire, by contacting Kerry here.
