Discover a truly magical location within this wonderfully intimate ancient forest, located on the western edge of Gloucestershire. Camping pitches encircle a large spring fed lake that is ideal for wild camping, wild swimming, paddle boarding and boating. There is also an abundance of trails and hikes, our favourite being the Wysis Way to the peak of May Hill. Our site is easy to access from a woodland track with parking for cars and vans.
Wild camping involves bringing and taking away all that you need; your own tent or van weather permitting, bedding and food. Whether you want to stay with friends, family, hire the whole site or run a retreat, we aim to cater for all your needs. Day and overnight retreats or group bookings are welcome. It’s a perfect setting for therapy in nature.
